Declining lake levels: living lightly on less water
Held May 2nd, 2009.
Whether you are a fisherman, water skier, kayaker or someone who lives on or enjoys lakes, it is important to be able to recognize and understand what changes occur in lakes when water levels drop. The presenters discussed “Changes in Lakes as Water Levels Decline", “Declining Water Levels Trigger Habitat Changes” and “Adapting to Low Lake Levels and the Implications of a Changing Climate.”
