Our
quarterly newsletter
The Lake Connection is the Wisconsin Association
of Lakes quarterly newsletter. The Lake Connection focuses on topics
and current events that effect Wisconsin’s lakes (such as invasive
species prevention and control), new scientific research that helps us better
understand our lakes, lake management success stories from across the state,
and perspectives from policy makers. Over 4,500
copies of our newsletter are distributed to Wisconsin Association of Lakes
members (which includes over 350 lake organizations, as well as non-profit
organizations, businesses, and individuals), state legislators, coalition
partners, and others.
Suggest stories for The Lake Connection
We welcome your suggestions for topics you would like
to see covered in future issues of The Lake Connection. We also
appreciate images (preferably of lakes and people enjoying their lakes)
that we can use to illustrate articles.
Our standing submission
deadline is Feb 1 (Spring), May 1 (Summer), Aug 1 (Fall), and Nov 1 (Winter)
respectively.
