The Lake List

A tool for networking with other lake organizations

The Lake List is an comprehensive statewide directory of more than 700 lake associations, lake districts, and other organizations involved in lake management in Wisconsin. The directory is on-line, making it easy to search for what you need and to update it with your group’s latest information.

This directory is kept accurate by the lake organizations listed in it. It is as up-to-date as the information that you and other lake groups provide. Many lake folks tell us that networking with other lake groups is valuable. Networking is an effective way to solve problems, discover new project ideas, and to help others by sharing lessons learned.

The Lake List includes businesses that provide lake management services to Wisconsin lake organizations. The directory is maintained by the UW-Extension Lakes Program at UW-Stevens Point.

Please let the folks at the UW-Extension Lakes Program and the Wisconsin Association of Lakes know if you form a new lake organization, who your new officers are, and if there are other additions or changes to make about your organization.
