Support WAL’s lake policy program and member services while winning great prizes!

This year the Wisconsin Association of Lakes is sponsoring a raffle. Proceeds will be used to support WAL’s lake policy program and member services.

WAL’s lake policy program is entirely supported by our members’ contributions. Each dollar goes to work for you as we advocate for lake interests inside the Capitol, keep you informed about lake issues via e-mail and in print, and provide timely customer service to our members. Donations from concerned citizens like you provide us with greater flexibility to adjust spending in response to changing needs, and expand the scope of our work.

This year's raffle prizes include (click links for more information about prizes):

3. Three nights at Eagle Waters Resort*

Enjoy a three night stay in a two bedroom lodge unit and complimentary Champagne Sunday brunch for four!*

We invite you to share a little piece of our paradise as well as a bit of our history. Eagle Waters Resort was Eagle River’s first settlement then occupied by fur traders, woodsmen, and loggers. The area was given the Indian name “Kee-Mi-Con” which translated means, “I have found it.” When you witness the spectacular southwest sunsets and eagles in flight, you will understand the concept of “Kee-Mi-Con.”

As the years passed, the property evolved into Eagle Waters Resort, where many families have enjoyed the "good life" year after year. Eagle Waters provides and environment to enjoy the awe of life’s simple pleasures…observing the stars, doing a puzzle, listening for loons, watching the sun set, playing checkers, catching frogs, reading a book, daydreaming, casting for fish, roasting marshmallows, and even falling in love. Eagle Waters Resort is not just a place, it’s an experience.

* Offer valid August 23rd, 2008 through June 6th, 2009.
